· Supervising, training, and mentoring kitchen staff, ensuring high culinary standards

· Working with management to synchronise kitchen operations with restaurant

needs, especially during peak service times

· Addressing customer feedback and complaints about food quality, ensuring

customer satisfaction, and adjusting as necessary
