The Varsity Collective is looking for an experienced , qualified and talented Chef de Partie to assist our team in Varsity Lakes at our restaurant, The Brooklyn Wine and Tapas.
The following skill set is what we are looking for in the perfect candidate:
Be responsible for a specific food production area in the kitchen.
Support the sous chef.
Prepare, chop, mix and cook food for entrees, side dishes and sauces
Manage inventory and waste disposal.
Currently we are trading Tuesday to Saturday for a 40 hr week with a salary offered of between $ $80000 plus Superannuation.
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years experience and a relevant diploma.
