We are a trusted delivery partner and panel provider to various authorities such as Sunshine Coast Council, Brisbane City Council, City of Gold Coast Council, Tweed Shire Council, Queensland Reconstruction Authority and Department of Transport and Main Roads. Our services include the design and construction of landslips, marine infrastructure, structural concrete works and earth retaining structures.

We're seeking a Geotechnical Engineer ready to move from consulting into a hands-on role within a growing civil and marine construction business. You'll lead site investigations and ground analysis, and see your advice directly shape how projects get built.

This is a dynamic role blending technical geotechnical expertise with practical, on-site engineering input.

Key Responsibilities

As our in-house Geotechnical Engineer, you'll:

  • Lead geotechnical investigations
  • Provide geotechnical support to facilitate design and construct project delivery on marine and civil projects, including slope stabilisation and coastal stabilisation works
  • Collaborate with site teams, engineers, and project managers
  • Support with ITPs, QA, and site engineering tasks

About You

You'll bring:

  • Degree qualified in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
  • 3+ years in geotechnical consulting (field and reporting)
  • Strong understanding of soil mechanics, ground conditions, and relevant Australian standards
  • A practical mindset
  • Excellent communication skills—able to work across site teams, consultants, and clients.
  • Flexibility to support site engineering tasks as required.
