About Us:

BCA Commercial Interiors has been a leader in architectural joinery for over 40 years specializing in all types of commercial joinery packages.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on factory leading hand, who is skilled and experienced as a both a machinist and a specialist architectural joinery assembler with the ability to lead our team.

This role requires hands-on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently to produce high-quality cabinetry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee our team of machinists and assemblers

· Oversee the operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC and Edge banding machinery

· Operate machinery when needed

· Assemble high-end custom cabinetry in a workshop setting

· Contribute to the design and production of intricate, high-end joinery pieces.

· Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues

· Coordinate logical and efficient materials loading and delivery to site

· Oversee receiving of materials deliveries

Requirements:

· Min 5 years of experience as commercial joinery machinist and assembler

· Experience to manage team of machinist and assemblers

· Experience in working from architectural and technical drawings

· Strong communication, leadership and teamwork skills

· Reliable, trustworthy with an excellent eye for detail

· Requires own tools and vehicle
