We are seeking a
Community
Nurse
to join our team in
Natimuk
(part time - 16 hours/fortnight)

As a Community Nurse you will provide appropriate & efficient nursing services to client's living in the community, supporting their independence and improvement of health.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Registered Nurse/Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with APHRA registration.
  • Effective communication and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary health team and in collaboration with groups and individuals
  • Excellent analysis, reporting & writing skills.
  • Competence in using computer programs including Microsoft Office Software, Excel, Outlook and other databases relevant to the practice area.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Quality Improvement Principles, the EQuIP and the Common Community Care Standards.

Pre-requisites

  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Working with Children Check
  • Fully vaccinated (including influenza) as per current Department of Health Directives.
  • Australian Driver's License
