Ready Resources (RR) provides solutions to large mining clients across the Pilbara Region and beyond for their labour hire, maintenance and asset management needs.  As an industry leader in these fields, we are available for ongoing long term engagement or on an ad-hoc basis in peak load periods.

We're looking for Riggers of various experience and skillsets

  • Basic Rigger
  • Intermediate Rigger
  • Advanced Rigger

About the role:

  • Erecting lifting tackles by attaching pulleys and blocks to fixed overhead structures and installing cables and attaching counterweights.
  • Measuring, cutting, bending and fitting welded wire mesh into concrete areas to be mesh-reinforced.
  • Fixing mesh and reinforcing steel into position in formwork for concrete pours.
  • Setting up winches and rigging equipment to raise and position girders, plates, columns and other steel units.
  • Erecting guard rails, guy wires, ropes and clears, laying planks and hanging safety nets.
  • Inspecting and preparing loads that need to be moved.

What you will need:

  • Demonstrated ability to identify, locate and repair faults in electrical control equipment.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a trade background.
  • Previous Experience working on a mine site (preferred but not essential).
  • Current WA Drivers License (essential)
  • High Risk Work License
  • White Card
