This is a casual FIFO from Perth role with ongoing works.

Boilermaker Role Description

As an experienced Boilermaker you will be joining our maintenance shutdowns crew. In this role you will be involved in structural and mechanical repairs and servicing or upgrading to various types of balance machines. The Boilermaker will be responsible for a wide range of metal fabrication works which will also include other general tasks or duties as per their experience and qualifications. This is a casual FIFO from Perth role with ongoing works.

Qualifications

  • Mig/ Tig/ Arc Welding and Oxy acetylene cutting knowledge and skills
  • General Metal Fabrication skills
  • Experience in the mining industry or similar heavy equipment industry
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and other specifications
  • Attention to detail and safety
  • Trade Certificate or relevant qualification in Boilermaking or similar field
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills to complete client based online inductions

Rigger Role Description

As an experienced Rigger you will be joining our maintenance shutdowns crew. The Rigger will be responsible for assisting with lifting operations, equipment moves and shutdown prep. This also includes other general tasks or duties as per their experience and qualifications. This is a casual FIFO from Perth role with ongoing works.

Rigger Qualifications

  • RB/RI/RA HRWL – RB minimum 12 months experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills to complete client based online inductions

Additional Requirements (for Both Roles):

Preference will be given to applicants who hold:

  • Working Safely at Heights (RIIIWHS204E or similar & within 2 years from issued date).
  • Confined Space Entry (RIIIWHS202E or similar & within 2 years from issued date).
  • Gas Test Atmospheres (MSMWHS217 or similar & within 2 years from issued date).
  • Demonstrate First Fire Attack (CPPFES2005 or similar & within 5 years from issued date).
  • High Risk Licence with WP, & LF endorsements
  • Telehandler
  • MSIC
  • Fortescue – BHP – Roy Hill Inductions
  • Valid WA Driver's Licence
  • Australian work authorisation must be held at the time of application
