Position Purpose
Certis Security Australia is seeking a dynamic, outcome-driven General Manager Organisational Development to drive the organisational development (OD) and cultural change agenda across our operations at Sydney Airport contract.

The Opportunity
As General Manager Organisational Development, you'll lead the design and delivery of workforce capability, leadership development, and engagement strategies across a high-performing aviation contract. Reporting to the Executive General Manager, Sydney Airport, and working closely with the Senior Vice President, People and Transformation, you'll play a pivotal role in building a sustainable, engaged, and high-performing workforce.
You'll develop structured leadership pathways, champion Certis culture and recognition initiatives, and embed scalable learning solutions that align with both Certis' values and Sydney Airport's service expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead organisational development initiatives aligned with contract and strategic goals.
- Build leadership pathways and structured coaching programs.
- Drive culture, engagement, and recognition strategies.
- Oversee compliance, safety, and customer service training.
- Use data to make deicisions around leading change management and continuous improvement programs.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver workforce excellence.
- Drive regular engagement surveys and action planning for continuous improvement.
About You
- Senior leadership experience in organisational development, workforce engagement, or leadership development.
- Proven success uplifting frontline leadership capability at scale.
- Strong background in employee engagement, change management, and culture transformation.
- Experience with digital learning platforms and data-driven program evaluation.
- Degree-qualified in Organisational Development, HR, Organisational Psychology, or related discipline.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced operational environment.
- An enthusiastic personality that is passionate about positive engagement at all levels of an organisation
