About the Role

  • Assist in the civil design for education, aged care, and community buildings, including stormwater & pavement.
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive project team, contributing to the design, documentation, and coordination of multiple building projects.
  • Liaise with councils, architects, contractors, and clients to ensure efficient project delivery and compliance with Australian Standards and local authority requirements.
  • Be part of a team focused on quality, innovation, continuous improvement and help to deliver efficient, constructible, and cost-effective outcomes.

About You

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 3+ years' experience in civil design for building or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficient in engineering design tools such as Drains and MUSIC; experience with Civil 3D or 12D is highly regarded.
  • A detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with a passion for delivering practical, efficient designs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across disciplines.
