Whether your background is in Accounts Payable, Receivable, or Payroll, we have engaging short-term assignments that can help grow your skills and broaden your experience. These roles are ideal for motivated individuals looking to hit the ground running in dynamic team environments.

The Role
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing
  • End-to-end Payroll processing including timesheet management and superannuation compliance
  • Vendor and employee payment runs
  • Ensuring all payment approvals are secured in line with banking processes
  • Reconciliation of customer, supplier and payroll accounts
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting the wider finance team as needed
  • Contributing to general finance admin and ad hoc duties
The Ideal Candidate

  • A strong desire to learn, along with effective problem-solving abilities
  • At least 1 year of experience in an Accounts or Payroll-related role (highly regarded)
  • A confident and professional manner when dealing with stakeholders

  • Excellent attention to detail and solid interpersonal skills
