About the Opportunity

Depending on your skills and experience, the role may align as:

  • Field Support Specialist (Entry Level): Focused on in-theatre support, instrumentation, and clinical education while developing a strong foundation in the medical device industry.
  • Territory Associate (Mid Level): Balancing clinical case support and relationship management to drive territory growth and provide ongoing education to hospital staff.
  • Territory Manager (Senior Level): Leading sales and business development within the territory, building strong partnerships with surgeons, and driving strategic growth for Medartis.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a clinical, sales, or medical device setting (level dependent).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced hospital environment.
  • Initiative, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to travel throughout Gold Coast QLD & Northern NSW, with a focus on Lismore Base Hospital.
