The Role:

  • Position:
    Full-time, Permanent
  • Hours:
    Monday to Friday | 6am starter
  • Responsibilities:
  • Manual handling, load and unloading freight
  • Transport general freight to support our Townsville Branch and surrounding community with excellent customer service
  • Complete necessary paperwork, including pre-start checks, run sheets, PODs, and logbooks
  • Utilise IT platforms such as PDAs to scan freight and capture live signatures
  • Follow established standards, procedures, and safety regulations to ensure smooth and accurate deliveries
  • Work within a steady, methodical pace to maintain accuracy and high-quality work output

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
  • Hold a current
    Manual Car or MR Licence
  • Forklift licence
    is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen, and a criminal history check
  • Professional Mindset
