We're looking for an experienced casual Fitter and turner to help grow our business with the option down the track to become full time if desired.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery for commercial and industrial clients, with a focus on production lines.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults, utilizing strong fault-finding skills to ensure minimal downtime.
• Read and interpret schematics, and blueprints to ensure proper installation and troubleshooting.
• Perform installations and assist in projects, ensuring safe and timely completion.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, including service reports and materials used
• Flexibility to work overtime, shift work, and weekends as required to meet business needs.
• Travel across the Barossa Valley and surrounding areas to service various job sites.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings.
• Willingness to work outside of your field as a fitter and turner and assist with electrical work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical faults effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime, shift work, and weekends as needed.
• Valid electrical license
• Valid driver's license
• Hand tools
