About the role
Multiple full time and part time opportunities to provide comprehensive expertise in general diagnostic, women's, and basic procedural radiology services. Provide a medical imaging service that includes the following: CT, MRI, Ultrasound, General X-ray imaging, Fluoroscopy and Tier A intervention procedures (biopsies, drainages, image-guided injections)
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Commit to working as part of the medical imaging team to help create a harmonious, dependable work environment and be accountable to the rest of the team. Be constructive, helpful, use initiative and be involved in thoughtful and respectful debate.
- This position requires the successful applicant to actively participate in the rostered on- call service, extended hours shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Participate in other departmental management activities as required
- Be punctual and ensure that reports are dictated and verified promptly.
