About the role

We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Residential Care Partner to join our team at Kalkarni in Brookton.

  • Employment type: Casual – flexible shifts available

  • Coverage: Afternoons, evenings, and weekends as required

As a Residential Care Partner, you'll provide person-centred care that promotes the physical and emotional wellbeing of residents. You'll support residents in everyday activities — from personal care and mobility to household tasks, leisure, and companionship — while working closely with our multidisciplinary team.

Please note: Applications are only open to candidates located in Brookton or surrounding towns. Accommodation is not available for applicants from the Perth metro area.

About you

  • Approach: Person-centred care and support

  • Communication: Ability to build relationships across diverse backgrounds

  • Teamwork: Flexibility and capacity to manage a busy workload

  • Tech: Basic to intermediate IT skills

  • Qualifications: Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (or currently undertaking), or Undergraduate Registered Nurse training
