**About the Role**:
We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated **Residential Care Partner** to join our team at **Balladong Gardens in York**

This is a **Permanent Part-time role**, working **Monday and Tuesday afternoon shifts, 2:30pm - 10:00pm**.

As a Residential Care Partner, you’ll provide person-centred care that promotes the physical and emotional wellbeing of residents. You’ll support residents in meaningful everyday activities — from personal care and mobility to household tasks, leisure, and companionship — while working closely with our multidisciplinary team.

**About You**:
To be successful, you’ll bring:

- A person-centred approach to care and support

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with people from diverse backgrounds

- Teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to manage a busy workload

- Basic to intermediate IT skills

- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (or currently undertaking), or Undergraduate Registered Nurse training.
