We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our team at 
Croydon Central Dental
, a modern, high-growth practice based in 
Croydon Central Shopping Centre
.

We are currently a 3-chair practice and will be moving into a 
brand-new 6-chair clinic (Oct 2025)
 equipped with the latest digital technology: 
CEREC, CBCT, microscope, diode laser, on-site lab with 3D Printing, and a dedicated CAD/CAM design team
 for same-day or next-day workflows. At this stage, our team treatment plans and treats most procedures in house, with only some fixed orthodontics cases being referred out, and some full arch implant work. Otherwise, usually we provide on site backup so we treat all patients ourselves as a team.

The Opportunity

  • Start date: Mid October 2025
    .
  • Full-time or part-time available (
    full-time preferred
    ).
  • Flexible weekdays, with 
    every second Saturday required
    .
  • 3+ years' experience
     required.
  • Support for advanced cases: scheduled 
    mentoring and case discussions
     with our lead dentist (dedicated time slots available). The principal dentist works only 2 days clinically and dedicates the rest of his time the training and development of the associate dentists.
  • Clinical hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm weekdays, 8:30am – 2:30pm Saturdays.
  • Standard 
    40% commission
    , with higher commission negotiable with gross billings targets.
  • Left-handed dentist setup available.
