People in Plastic is a leading industrial packaging wholesaler with over 47 years experience. We distribute over 800 products nationally and have Warehouse showrooms in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth.

We have an opportunity for a part-time Storeperson to join our Brisbane warehouse. We are looking for a team member who wants to contribute to the delivery of quality service to our customers.

Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, the Storeperson position assumes primary responsibility for receiving, picking and packing and dispatching goods from the warehouse. There are four full-time and two other part-time employees at the Rocklea warehouse.

Ideally, you will bring:

  • 2+ years experience in warehousing, including computer use and direct customer service; and
  • A current forklift licence (or a willingness and ability to obtain one promptly).

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a happy and reliable person committed to friendly customer service and productive working relationships;
  • Be able to maintain excellent attention to detail;
  • Be fit and able to handle physical work;
  • Have an ability to acquire knowledge of plastic products; and
  • Be flexible with duties.
