Outlet Manager

We currently have an opportunity for a Cafe Manager. Join our Health and Education team and play a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes at Kitchen Cafe – Sunshine Coast University Hospital (SCUH). Reporting to the Retail Services Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You'll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Lead daily operations of the retail café, ensuring consistent service and product quality.
• Manage food and beverage standards, promotions, and compliance with franchise guidelines.
• Drive customer service excellence and foster strong landlord relationships.
• Oversee team performance, rostering, and training to meet operational needs.
  Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet revenue and cost targets.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in hospitality or retail café management, ideally within a franchise environment.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
• Sound knowledge of food safety, OH&S, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in rostering, inventory control, and POS systems.
