About the Role
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (IV Qualified) to join our supportive team in Medical Ward 6B at John Flynn Private Hospital.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a 24-bed acute medical unit caring for a varied and rewarding caseload including:
- Medical oncology
- Neck of femur fractures (medical and post-operative management)
- General acute medical conditions
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play an integral role in planning, assessing, delivering, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
About You
You are a dedicated nurse who is passionate about delivering patient-centred care and thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will contribute to our culture of compassion, professionalism, and excellence.
You will also bring:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse (IV Qualified).
- Minimum of 2 years' acute hospital experience.
- Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster.
- Strong time management, critical thinking, and organisational skills.
Remuneration: On offer $ $ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD EEN level 1-2 gr1-gr6).

The Hospital
John Flynn Private Hospital is a 334 bed, acute care hospital located at Tugun, which is on the southern end of the Gold Coast, within 5 minutes from the Gold Coast Airport. The hospital provides services to the population of the Gold Coast and the Tweed Coast extending into the NSW Northern Rivers area.

Requirements
- Must provide aNational Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
