Our client is a cleaning business which specialises in builders cleans.

**The Role**

You will predominately be working between sites and at times from home, although a desk is available at their head office on the Sunshine Coast when required. A company car will be provided from Monday to Friday.

As a Supervisor (Area Manager / Project Manager), your day to day will including running all aspects of the builders clean operations across multiple sites whilst managing the teams of cleaners. This position involves being hands-on at times, in addition to the managerial and quality control responsibilities. You will support the operations manager to ensure services are organised, resourced, optimised, and ensuring correct compliance, regulations and interdepartmental collaboration. There may be times you will have to take phone calls out of hours.

You will build trusted relationships with clients and suppliers, whilst identifying new business opportunties. Your leadership skills will be second to none.

**KEYS RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Effective and efficient day to day cleaning operations for the builders clean
- Work across multiple sites with as many as 10-15 projects on the go at a time
- Be active in sales, promoting the business to develop new business opportunities
- Provide accruate quotes, estimates, planning, controlling and deploying financial, staffing and physical resources
- Prepare accurate and timely reporting
- Maintain a Job Schedule
- Daily record keeping of rosters, workers, hours, and payrates
- Responsible for clients signing day dockets for contracts and additional work
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, industry regulations, company policies and procedures
- Manage OH&S issues across all sites, register/follow up of incidents
- Organise workflow ensuring staff are trained, competent and understand their duties
- Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction, and deal with any complaints
- Other duties as requested

**To be Successful**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role and managing teams
- Excellent understanding of building cleans and appropriate cleaning products
- Demonstrated experience in assisting sales development
- Lead by example/role model manager
- Enjoy a hands-on position and results driven
- Flexible, can-do attitude
- Safety and OH&S mindset
- Assertive, reliable with a great verbal and written communication skillset

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
