Project Officer, ICT Infrastructure Lifecycle Management

The Project Officer, ICT Infrastructure Lifecycle Management (ILM) is responsible for coordinating a range of project operational functions which support the achievement of deliverables within the ICT Delivery Directorate.
The role will be required to undertake, coordinate and evaluate a range of functions including the provision of responsive, high quality data analysis, reports, communications and specialist advice to support the ILM framework which contributes to the effective planning and implementation of the program strategies and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management and Reporting - ability to collect, inspect, analyse and present / report information in a clear concise format.
- Process Management - identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Asset Management - apply governance in tracking and optimising assets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring better decision-making, forecasting and compliance with organisational policies.
Qualifications
Essential: Nil
Desirable:
A degree or tertiary qualification in a related ICT discipline; Experience in data Analytics and PowerBI
ServiceNow for data management.
Microsoft packages such as Excel, Visio and PowerBI business analytics platform for dashboard reporting.
Special conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration
ASO5 $85,790 - $95,413 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) and leave loading
