About Kuttabul Health Centre
Kuttabul Health Centre is located on HMAS Kuttabul in Potts Point 2011 (inner-city Sydney) and the area itself has been host to a naval base since It is home to Fleet Support Unit South-East (FSU-SE) which conducts maintenance on ships and submarines. The health centre provides primary medical, aviation & underwater medical, outpatients, nursing, dental, mental health, pharmaceutical and physiotherapy services to the ADF population. This mid-size health centre has up to 4,500 members and provides services for overseas visiting personnel. Standard operating hours are Monday-Friday.
What you'll do
- Deliver high-quality primary care to Defence members
- Occ Med environment
- Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical environment
- Conduct fitness-for-duty assessments and pre/post-deployment care
- Provide medical advice to Defence health leadership
What you bring
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a General Practitioner
- FRACGP, FACRRM or Vocational Registration
- Minimum two years' GP experience in the last five years
- Current CPR certification (HLTAID009)
- Commitment to CPD and ethical, patient-centred care
Additional information:
- Australian Citizenship required (Baseline Security Clearance)
- Provide Occupational Medicine services
- Civilian role – no enlistment required
- Casual opportunity available
