Due to expansion and growth, we're looking for a passionate Diagnostic Support Veterinarian to join our Customer & Technical Support – Medical Consulting team in a part-time role, approximately 20 hours per week.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your clinical expertise in a dynamic, collaborative environment where your insights will directly support veterinary professionals across Australia and New Zealand.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide expert diagnostic advice to veterinary clients.

  • Consult on interpretation of IDEXX laboratory results and in-house diagnostic data.

  • Deliver timely, professional, and medically accurate information to enhance the customer experience.

  • Support IDEXX's growth by contributing to our reputation for excellence in veterinary diagnostics.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Veterinary Degree: Recognised in Australia/New Zealand, with eligibility for professional registration.

  • Clinical Experience: Proven background in companion animal practice.

  • Diagnostic Expertise: Familiarity with IDEXX VetLab Suite and SNAP tests.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a service-oriented attitude.

  • Commitment to Learning: Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
