About the Role

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll help with lifting and moving vessels, assisting clients, maintaining a clean and safe yard, and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate or assist in operating the boat lifter to haul out and launch vessels

  • Move vessels around the yard and assist with pressure washing and blocking

  • Maintain yard cleanliness and equipment

  • Assist marine trades and customers with site setup and access

  • Conduct routine checks on yard equipment and tools

  • Follow all safety and environmental procedures

About You

  • Experience with travel lifts or willingness to be trained

  • Forklift licence (advantageous but not required)

  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

  • Strong awareness of safe work practices

  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

  • Marine industry or mechanical experience highly regarded
