The position available involves management of our maintenance division and will be responsible to provide all aspects of private and commercial boat maintenance and repairs. It will include once off jobs and also services existing management plans on a variety of vessels in various ship yards, yacht clubs, marinas, hard stands and private jetties.

The challenge we offer is to enhance and build on the company systems and services already in place. All while maintaining the highest possible standard of customer and staff relations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Job quoting, management and scheduling.
- Procurement.
- Client and contractor liaising.
- Staff management.
- Workshop Coordination.

**All applicants with the following requirements will be considered**:

- Experience in all areas of luxury boat Shipwrighting/ Repairs and Maintenance.
- A high degree of fitness, as the position is hands on.
- Have an eye for detail, be able to follow and delegate detailed instructions.
- To be self motivated and have a positive attitude.
- Excellent time keeping and task documentation skills.
- A current drivers licence.
- Skippers ticket an advantage.

Work vehicle and phone allowance included.

**Salary**: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Boat Builder: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Australian driver's licence (preferred)
