Your Role

We are inviting expressions of interest from experienced Full Stack Developer to join our consulting team, delivering scalable GenAI solutions for our clients.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will define technical direction, guide engineering teams, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions using .NET Core + , Ruby on Rails + React, or .NET + Angular. You'll balance hands-on development with architectural oversight, mentor teams, and ensure solutions are scalable, performant, and aligned with business strategy.

You will play a key role in:

  • Own the technical architecture, design, and roadmap for key initiatives and platforms.
  • Lead and deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure full-stack applications.
  • Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
  • Ensure delivery excellence through CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps practices, and cloud-first principles.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Business Leaders to align technical execution with business outcomes.
  • Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies that improve efficiency, performance, and customer value.
  • Build, mentor, and coach engineering teams to develop future leaders.
  • Drive initiatives around system modernization, cloud migration, and microservices adoption.
  • Using GenAI solutions including Agentic AI and CoPilots with hands on delivered and proven efficiency across the software development usecases and scenarios internally and /or client facing deliverables.

Key responsibilities of the role

  • Lead engineering teams in Agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of critical platform features.
  • Proactively resolve technical challenges and unblock teams.
  • Maintain and enforce engineering documentation, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
  • Balance strategic technical leadership with hands-on coding and design when required.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure delivery timelines, scalability, and quality targets are met.
Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications.
1. Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems.
2. He/she is responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance.
3. His/her work requires the exercise of original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
4. The software engineer builds skills and expertise of his/her software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities.
5. The software engineer collaborates and acts as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders. Your Profile
  • 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a leadership or architect role.
  • Proven expertise in one or more full-stack combinations:
    • .NET Core (C#) +
    • Ruby on Rails +
    • .NET (C#) + Angular
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-grade backend architectures and scalable web applications.
  • Advanced front-end development skills using (Redux, TypeScript) or Angular.
  • Experience building highly available web applications using C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, and JavaScript.
  • Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architectures.
  • Advanced database design and optimization (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native systems (Azure and/or AWS).
  • Solid grounding in software security, distributed systems, and performance tuning.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale, high-availability systems or SaaS applications.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Demonstrated success leading engineering teams in Agile environments.
  • Strong technical leadership and stakeholder influence.
  • Excellent problem-solving, architecture design, and decision-making skills.

  • Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
