The Roles

We're looking for enthusiastic team members to join us across a variety of positions:

  • Food & Beverage Attendants – delivering friendly service in the bar and bistro
  • Kitchen Hands – supporting the kitchen team with food prep and cleaning duties
  • Cooks – helping create quality meals and keeping the kitchen running smoothly

Whether you're front-of-house or back-of-house, you'll play an important role in ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Serving customers in the bar and bistro
  • Assisting with food service and table clearing
  • Supporting kitchen operations (food prep, cleaning, stock rotation)
  • Cooking and preparing meals to a high standard (for cooks)
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Working together as part of a fun and supportive team

What We're Looking For

  • Previous hospitality or kitchen experience is a plus, but not essential
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • A passion for delivering great food and service
