With over 30 years of experience, the team combines practical construction knowledge with creative design to deliver tailored, high-quality outcomes across residential renovations and new builds, dual occupancies and multi-residential developments and commercial, industrial, and educational projects.

Your new role

An autonomous temporary assignment position suited to an experienced Architectural Technician to work with a duo team and play an essential role in supporting the design and execution of architectural projects from inception to completion, with a strong focus on drafting and documentation. Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, you will help translate creative visions into practical and sustainable architectural solutions.

This role will accommodate a flexible work/life - offering flexible hours to suit needs.

This position will begin as a 3-month temporary/casual assignment, with the view to becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with external consultants to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, budgetary constraints, and timelines.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout all project phases, from initial planning to construction administration. Drafting and documentation focused on projects.
  • Client Communication: Assist as a point of contact for clients, maintaining effective communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 6 years experience in Architecture | Project Architecture and/or CAD drafting in Australia.
  • Degree or diploma in Architecture - Ideal
  • Revit proficiency | AutoCAD proficiency - 3 years minimum
  • Thorough understanding of NCC and Australian Standards.
  • Experience of leading a project.
  • Experience in delivering multi-residential/Class 1/2/3 buildings - ideal
