The Role

The team at VDS is seeking reliable production operators to work in their production team. The role is Monday to Friday working on 2 shifts. Shifts are:

Day: 7:00am - 3:00pm or 8:00am - 4:00pm

Afternoon: 2:45pm - 10:00pm

Your daily task will require you to work on production lines where you will be assisting in manufacturing individual supplements ranging from powdered product to capsules and sachets.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Work closely with room leaders to constantly deliver on quality food products.
  • Follow batch documents and internal procedures.
  • Assist in blending various food powders
  • Assist with packaging food powders and capsule products
  • Assist in setting up of machinery
  • Assist with cleaning production equipment and production areas
  • Any other task as required in the production process

Qualifications & experience

  • Successfully completed year twelve or equivalent
  • Must have attention to detail
  • Mechanically minded individuals preferred
  • GMP and manufacturing experience preferred but no necessary for correct candidate
  • Willingness to learn a new skill
  • Ability to lift 15-25kg
  • Must be available to work afternoon Monday to Friday
