You'll be working directly with our Director and Principal Bailey Sims, who's fast-paced, full of ideas, and always on the go. He's great at what he does but needs the right person beside him to keep everything running smoothly and help bring the ideas to life.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who's organised, switched-on, and proactive — the kind of person who just gets it. This isn't your average admin job. You'll be hands-on in all parts of the business, helping Bailey stay focused and productive while you quietly (but powerfully) keep everything on track.

Your role is all about keeping the wheels turning — not just for Bailey, but for the business as a whole. You'll bring structure, energy, and your own unique strengths to the table. From planning and logistics to creative input and client communication, you'll be right in the thick of it — helping drive momentum and playing a key part in our continued growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing Bailey's calendar, inbox, appointments, reminders, and priorities

• Planning out the week and telling him where he needs to be (and when)

• Taking ideas he doesn't have time to action — and running with them

• Assisting with content planning, Instagram/Facebook scheduling, and captions

• Attending property photoshoots, auctions, open homes, and key appointments to assist where needed

• Organising and attending building & pest inspections, valuation appointments, key collections, etc.

• Liaising with clients, buyers, service providers and trades — professionally and confidently

• Coordinating listing timelines, managing to-do lists, and keeping things moving

• Creating basic documents and Canva content (templates, schedules, reports)

• Occasionally helping with personal admin or errands to make life easier

• Keeping everyone on-task and in the loop — with calm, confidence, and a bit of fun

  You'll Be a Great Fit If:

  • You're a true people person — professional, warm, and easy to talk to

  • You're confident communicating with clients, buyers, trades and collaborators

  • Real estate experience and a current certificate is preferred — but not essential

  • You've worked as an EA, PA, high-level admin, or in a similar fast-paced support role

  • You're good at working with creatives and big-picture thinkers — and helping them execute

  • You know your way around Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram) and can confidently post, schedule, or support content

  • You're resourceful and solutions-focused — nothing phases you for long

  • You've got initiative and common sense, and you're not afraid to speak up

  • You're great at keeping things professional, but fun — and know when to have a laugh
