A well-established family-owned cattle & farming operations based in Bonalbo, Northern NSW has two open positions, one for a MACHINE OPERATOR with Excavator/ Dozer/ Tractor experience and one for a TRACTOR OPERATOR.

The farm is committed to sustainable practices using modern machinery, we take pride in our work and foster a positive, supportive, and dynamic working environment. The property is approximately 7000 acres and sits on the upper reaches of the Clarence River.

Machine Operator Benefits:

  • Accommodation available at the farm for a Machine Operator;
  • Negotiable hourly rate based on your experience + Superannuation;

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare and operate bulldozer and excavator;
  • Clearing plantation, raking, stump digging and other farming activities;
  • Inspecting and maintaining equipment;
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures;

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Proven experience as an Excavator/Dozer Operator;
  • Valid driver's license and relevant tickets;
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills;
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia;
  • Applicant must be Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, Temporary Visa holder with no work restrictions;

Tractor Operator Benefits:

  • Negotiable hourly rate based on your experience + Superannuation;

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare and operate farm tractor

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • experience with disk ploughing, grass seeding and spreading fertilizer;
  • Valid driver's license and relevant tickets;
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills;
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia;
  • Applicant must be Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, Temporary Visa holder with no work restrictions;

A negotiated hourly rate will be determined based on proven experience and ability for both positions.
