Role Requirements

The opportunity has become available for Trainee Educators to join our amazing team. The successful candidates will need;

  • be willing to study a Cert III
  • a current and valid Working with Children Check
  • a current first aid CPR and emergency asthma and anaphylaxis training.
  • experience with the NQF, NQS & EYLF
  • an ability to interpret curriculum documents
  • effective oral and written communication skills

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
  • Contribute to a high quality, inclusive, educational program.
  • Participate in professional and personal development.
  • Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the vision, mission and values.
