The Roles

We're Hiring: Cook & All-Rounders

Whether you're a couple, two mates, or flying solo, we're on the lookout for enthusiastic team members to join our crew We're after a mix of skills, so if you're keen to bring energy, teamwork, and good vibes, this could be the perfect role for you.

We're specifically looking for:

• A Cook/Chef (or someone with strong cooking experience) to take charge in the kitchen, bring creativity to our menu, and keep the food standards high.
• All-Rounders who love hospitality and thrive in a customer-focused environment—jumping between bar work, customer service, food running, cleaning, and general support where needed.

All-Rounder Duties:

We're looking for team members who are ready to contribute across all areas of our diverse business. This role is varied and hands-on, with tasks changing day to day depending on what's needed to keep things running smoothly.

Duties may include:

• Providing great customer service across different parts of the business.
• Helping with general service, sales, and operational support.
• Assisting with cleaning, restocking, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Supporting the team with a range of practical tasks as they come up.
• Being flexible and ready to step into different roles as required.

Our business operates across a mix of services, including retail, hospitality, accommodation, and events. We value team members who are adaptable, proactive, and happy to jump in wherever needed to support the team and our customers.

Cook/Chef Duties:

Kitchen Operations:

• Meal preparation and cooking.
• Assisting with menu planning and food presentation.
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and adhering to health and safety standards.

Additional Hospitality Duties (as needed):

• Serving customers and ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Assisting with front-of-house tasks such as bar service or making coffees.
• Providing support in our retail store and other areas of the business as required.
• Property maintenance and gardening.

Our business is dynamic (and always changing) involving retail, events, accommodation, food & beverage, and all crew members work in various roles across all the business, to keep things running smoothly. Flexibility and adaptability is therefore essential in keeping our small team mighty.

About You

We are looking for people who are:

Experienced in hospitality or general maintenance.

Willing to learn how to do all roles in the business.

Hold a current QLD RSA, Food Safety accreditations (or willing to obtain).

Enthusiastic about delivering great food and exceptional customer service.

Reliable, proactive, and flexible to meet the demands of the business and various job roles.

Able to work collaboratively as a team and independently.

Possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Must have a 4WD.
