About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and professional Finance & Insurance Consultant to join our team in Balcatta. This is a full-time role supporting our sales team by helping guests secure tailored finance and insurance solutions at the time of vehicle purchase.

You'll be working in a high-performing dealership environment, with strong lead volumes, a supportive sales and leadership team, and genuine opportunities to achieve great results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting guests with finance and insurance packages that suit their needs
  • Preparing and processing loan and insurance applications
  • Ensuring all regulatory compliance is met and maintained
  • Liaising with lenders and insurers on behalf of the guest
  • Working closely with the sales team to support the sales process
  • Delivering an exceptional level of service and follow-up

Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Previous experience as a Business Manager or Finance & Insurance Consultant in automotive or a similar industry
  • Accreditation and understanding of finance and insurance compliance requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet targets and build rapport with customers
  • A current Australian driver's licence and full working rights
