About the role:

Eagers Automotive is currently looking for a highly motivated and passionate Assistant Service Manager/Senior Service Advisor to work at across multiple brands, in our Clarkson dealerships.

Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for booking, greeting, and managing daily customer relations for the dealership's service department.

This includes the following:

· Engage results out of the team

· Answering customer enquiries regarding their vehicles service

· Up-selling additional service work

· Ensuring all customer requirements are met

· Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

· Delivery quality customer service

· Provide department support to the Service Manager

About you:

This role will be ideal for someone looking to progress into a Service Manager position. If you are someone that takes pride in their customer service skills, values reliability and efficiency with a positive 'can do' attitude, then we are looking for you

You will ideally possess:

· Experience within a Service Advisor role is preferable

· Desire to deliver exceptional customer service

· Operate with a high level of Integrity

· Superb interpersonal skills

· Be a driven individual
