The role

Are you passionate about creating memorable customer experiences and driving business growth? As a Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping how customers interact with our brand, products, and services. You'll use your creativity, curiosity, and data-driven mindset to design and deliver impactful marketing campaigns across digital channels.

What you'll be doing

  • Campaign & Journey Management:
  • Develop and execute customer journeys and marketing campaigns to drive engagement, product adoption, and lead conversion across digital channels (e.g., email, SMS, in-app, push notifications). Customer Experience Optimization:
  • Enhance the customer experience throughout the lifecycle, including onboarding, utilization, and cross-selling opportunities. Marketing Technology Utilization:
  • Use marketing automation and CRM platforms to segment audiences, personalize communications, and automate workflows based on customer data and behavior. Experimentation & Growth Initiatives:
  • Lead experiments and growth initiatives using a test-and-learn approach to improve engagement and conversion rates. Collaboration:
  • Work with Sales, Product, and other teams to align marketing activities with business goals and optimize customer and partner experiences.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in marketing, with a focus on CRM, digital marketing, or marketing automation.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Braze, Segment, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and technical skills; ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and execution skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
