We're looking for a
Full-Time Beauty Advisor
to support this exciting new concept and redefine what beauty retail can be. Ideally, you are a
licensed Beauty Therapist with experience in Makeup or as a Makeup Artist.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional, personalised customer experiences
  • Train, and coach team members, creating a culture of performance and passion
  • Champion the customer journey by ensuring a warm, consultative, and inclusive environment
  • Drive store performance by achieving sales targets and managing key KPIs
  • Ensure high visual and operational standards across the store
  • Support the delivery of in-store activations, influencer events, and beauty service experiences
  • Act as the key brand ambassador for BeautyBar in the local community

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in Makeup or Beauty Therapy, especially within retail, beauty, or service-driven environments
  • A passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Experience delivering exceptional in-store experiences through services or events
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
