Position:

Retail Assistant is a role where you inspire and help customers become the best version of themselves. As part of our store team, you are fundamental to creating an amazing customer experience.

The Opportunity:

You will work across all our departments from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness. You will be equipped with initial onboarding training and continuous learning through our online platform and field trainers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create a welcoming environment for customers to listen and address their unique needs.
- Observe new products and stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques.
- Help customers discover the features and benefits of our CRM program.
- Expand your knowledge of our iconic brands and share it with your team of Beauty Advisors.
- Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions to continuously learn and explore.

Requirements:

- Previous Sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members.
