Bunzl walks the walk when it comes to investing in our people, with a strong track record of training and development as well as internal promotions and continual learning opportunities.YOUR ROLEReporting to the General Manager Sales, the objective of this role is to lead Bunzl's Sydney Branch to deliver revenue and margin growth, whilst driving a strong safety culture, and manage financial performance with full P&L accountability.You will direct the design and implementation of sales plans to drive profitable growth in both a hands-on capacity and by optimising the performance of our highly talented and large team.You will use your well-honed leadership skills to bring the team together, influence key people both inside and outside the business, and engage directly with prospective customers to bring on new business.ABOUT YOUCrucial to your effectiveness in this role is your previous success in sales and leadership, managing a business or branch, ideally within a Healthcare, Hospitality, Facility Management or Processor and Industry related business.You have strong attention to detail, great relationship, and people management skills, demonstrated success in creating an enthusiastic and successful sales team, well-honed communication skills, a sense of urgency, a commitment to high levels of customer service, and the desire to excel at what you do.
