DIVTEC Training College (DIVTEC) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) regulated by Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and has been supporting the community through training for over 10 years.
DIVTEC is a boutique RTO that provides specialised training in community care, individual support, disability as well as allied health. We are now seeking a passionate and qualified health Trainer to join our dynamic team.

What you will be doing:
- Deliver engaging vocational education and training programs in the Certificate II Health Support Services and Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance to schools and workplaces
- Assess student learning and progress, providing constructive feedback and support
- Mentor and guide students, helping them achieve their career aspirations
- Mark and grade student assessments and provide constructive feedback
- Work with other organisations to assist students to find placements and ensure our students transition smoothly into their chosen careers
You will bring:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher
- A minimum of Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance or Certificate II in Health Support Services
- Experience in delivering vocational education and training in health-related subjects
- Demonstrable industry experience in the Health Industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An effective and flexible training delivery style that delivers positive outcomes across disadvantaged and culturally diverse clients with a priority focus on quality
- Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Student Management Systems (training will be provided if it not familiar)
- Current driver's license and own transport
Renumeration:
The base rate for this position is upwards of $75,000 per annum plus superannuation (negotiable based on skills and experience if you already have your TAE)
