The OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as an Accreditation Officer. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to a wide range of clients by responding to enquiries, processing applications, and supporting driver assessment and training services in line with regulatory guidelines.

You will gain valuable experience across data entry, financial transactions, and reporting while contributing to the continuous improvement of our systems and processes. This role offers the chance to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment and further develop your skills within the Department.

Confident in using technology and adaptable to new systems, you work effectively in a team and contribute positively to shared goals. You communicate clearly and respectfully with a wide range of people, handling sensitive matters with discretion. With strong attention to detail, you manage high volumes of work accurately and efficiently while supporting continuous improvement.

Special Conditions.

A National Police Check (NPC) is required prior to employment in the Department for Infrastructure and Transport which must be renewed every three years.

A Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required, which must be renewed every five years before expiry.

Some out of hours and weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel requiring overnight stays, may be required.
