Seeking a senior fabricator with strong experience and a critical focus on quality workmanship.

Working with our factory manager you will have a fantastic opportunity to deliver high quality fabrication work each day whilst mentoring, guiding and leading members in our growing team.

LOOKING FOR A SENIOR FABRICATOR WITH EXTENSIVE ALUMINIUM WINDOW AND DOOR FABRICATION EXPERIENCE.

Candidates must have 3+ years of aluminium window and door fabrication experience.

Proficiency with aluminium cutting saws is essential. You must be confident operating saws with precision, reading cutting lists accurately, and producing clean, accurate cuts with minimal waste. Experience with Elumatec, FOM, or similar automatic saws is highly regarded.

ProGlazed is a well-established glazing company specialising in high-quality aluminium windows and doors. Due to our continued growth, we're looking for a skilled and motivated Aluminium Window & Door Fabricator to join our friendly team at our modern factory in Keilor East.

About the Role:

  • Fabricate aluminium windows and doors to specifications
  • Lead some of our factory team from time to time
  • Candidates must be able to supervise people as part of their leadership responsibilities.
  • Operating aluminium saw and cutting aluminium
  • Operate machinery, tools, and equipment safely
  • Ensure all fabricated products meet quality standards
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous experience in aluminium fabrication or similar role
  • You'll be highly organised
  • Strong aluminium saw experience
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • A positive and friendly attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to read technical drawings and plans
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Certificate III in Glass and Glazing or relevant trade qualification preferred (not essential)
  • Forklift Licence (not essential)
  • Candidates must have legal Australian work rights.
