We are looking for experienced commercial installers to join our well-established, family run glass company at East Brisbane. We are expanding our commercial division and you would be joining our team at an exciting time

About the role

  • Installation of commercial aluminium doors and windows to project specifications and safety standards across residential and commercial sites.
  • Strong understanding of construction plans, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
  • Read and interpret architectural drawings and installation plans.
  • Measure, mark, and prepare openings for window/door placement.
  • Ensure proper sealing, alignment, and finishing of installed units
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
  • Collaborating with our team to meet deadlines and maintain efficient workflow.
  • Adhering to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in aluminium window/door installation.
  • Glazing and sub-framing experience is highly desirable.
  • Good understanding of aluminium and glass products.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Good communication skills, ability to work well in a team or independently as required.
  • Drivers Licence essential.
