Pacific Toyota & Lexus of Cairns are seeking a professional and motivated Service Manager to drive performance, customer satisfaction, and growth across our service departments.

The Role

As Service Manager, you will:

  • Lead and develop a large, multi-site service team.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention in line with Toyota and Lexus KPIs.
  • Oversee workshop performance, productivity, and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer, safety, and process standards.
  • Apply your mechanical acumen to support technicians, guide workshop operations, and maintain service quality.
  • Mentor staff and build a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth.
  • Engage directly with customers, delivering premium aftersales experiences.

About You

You will bring:

  • Proven success as a Service Manager or senior leader in an automotive dealership (Toyota/Lexus experience highly regarded).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams.
  • Solid mechanical acumen – able to understand workshop operations and provide technical insight when needed.
  • Exceptional customer focus and communication skills.
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and reporting.
  • High attention to detail, compliance, and process discipline.
  • Drive and ambition to deliver outstanding results in a competitive market.
