HenCo Group is Australia's biggest name in trailer hire. We operate the well-known brands Move Yourself and U-Haul Australia. With thousands of trailers on the road and hire locations nationwide, we're proud to keep Aussies moving—whether it's for work, the weekend, or a big move.

We're looking for someone practical and reliable to help customers face-to-face at our Chandler depot. If you like talking to people, know your way around an active and busy work environment, are computer savvy to run reports and work closely with data — this could be the job for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Helping customers at the front counter with trailer hire bookings, trailer sales and spare parts, and general enquiries that support our customers and the business
  • Taking customer calls and entering their requirements and details into our system
  • Provide support to the Operational and Customer Service Teams to enhance service delivery
  • Administration duties including running operational reports, working with and segmenting and breaking down data
  • Keeping sight over our sales areas with a customer focus in mind

What You'll Need:

  • A friendly, helpful attitude and great work ethic and a keen ability to learn
  • Experience working in retail, customer service or a trade environments
  • Computer literacy - proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, in particular MS Excel programs
  • Forklift licence and ability to tow a trailer is a big plus—but not a dealbreaker
