About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team. This role is part-time, working 32.5 hours per week.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and supervise the housekeeping team, including training, rostering and performance management
  • Ensure all student rooms meet premium cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Maintain stock levels, equipment and housekeeping supplies
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with College management and staff
  • Creative a positive team culture

Selection criteria:

Essential

  • Proven experience in housekeeping management or a supervisory role
  • A hands-on leader who inspires and motivates their team
  • Strong eye for detail with commitment to quality and standards
  • Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment
