The Role

We're on the lookout for a switched-on and creative Marketing Coordinator to step into an established role and work collaboratively across our business. You'll help shape and share our story, drive marketing initiatives, and work closely with our team to continue to elevate our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate company-wide marketing activities across our Mudgee and Gulgong offices

  • Collaborate with our Sales, Property Management, and Commercial teams to support campaigns and client engagement

  • Plan and promote community events and local activations to boost brand presence

  • Build and manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and key industry stakeholders

  • Create and manage print and digital assets, including brochures, signage, direct mail, and branded materials

  • Coordinate our social media strategy with compelling content creation, scheduling, and performance optimisation

  • Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement

  • Provide support for Sales Administration when required

About You

  • A natural team player who enjoys working collaboratively

  • Expert communicator with a flair for storytelling and audience connection

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities with strong admin skills

  • Social media savvy and confident in managing content across multiple platforms, scheduling tools, and content performance

  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with attention to tone, detail, and accuracy as well as visual content creation skills (including Canva and basic video editing),

  • Experience with event coordination and promotion

Experience & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content across written, visual, and video formats

  • Proficiency with Canva and scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite

  • Experience with a variety of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn

  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (ie, Mailchimp) and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), whilst not essential, is a bonus
