Tasks & Responsibilities

Plan, Design and create menus

Assisting in team rosters

Training and mentoring all our kitchen staff

Managing safe food handling

Budgeting and working out costs.

Ordering of all ingredients/needs within the kitchen

Stock take and managing stock control

Manage the quality of dishes all stages

Qualification and Experience

experiences as a chef with a focus on Asian(Korean & Japanese) cuisine

Ability to manage the kitchen independently

Formal qualification in commercial cookery or equivalent preferred 

Attention to detail and a dedication to quality.

A commitment to maintaining the restaurant's high standards.

A passion for culinary creativity and innovation
