Engineering Manager

About the Role:

Due to a recent resignation, we are seeking an experienced
Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer
to join our team on a
6-month contract
basis. This role is essential in maintaining continuity while we undertake permanent recruitment. The successful candidate will act as the
E&I engineering focal point
, supporting operations across our assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical E&I support across operational assets, including
    Central Processing Facilities (CPF)
    and
    Floating Production Storage and Offloading units (FPSOs)
  • Lead and coordinate E&I engineering activities within a small, agile team
  • Troubleshoot and resolve E&I issues to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Collaborate with site teams and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct ad hoc site visits as required

Requirements:

  • Strong background in
    Oil & Gas operations
    , particularly with CPF and FPSO experience
  • Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of engineering responsibilities
  • Comfortable working in a
    small team environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Available to start at short notice

Opportunity:

  • Possibility of contract extension or transition into a permanent role in 2026, depending on performance and business needs
